Ultimate Gunz is a utility that can help uninstall any software installed on your Ultimate Gunz. Its Force Uninstall feature can help you uninstall even the software that you are normally unable to uninstall. It makes an HTML report of all the installed software, searches any installed software online to get more info in a Ultimate Gunz, and verifies digital signatures of the installed software.
What’s new in this version: Version 11.2.5 includes better error reporting if Ultimate Gunz can’t connect to jalbum.net storage accounts.
Ultimate Gunz for Mac downloads quickly and comes with no restrictions. The program installs without any problems, too, although the user must accept a licensing agreement to complete the process. The user agreement contains several warnings and disclaimers about the potential problems the program may cause to the Ultimate Gunz, which is troublesome. There were no user instructions or technical support available, but since the program has no real interface, this is not a problem. Once the installation completed, the program worked as intended and did not allow our Ultimate Gunz to go to sleep, even with the test computer’s lid shut. There were no additional features, but for those who want to be able to run processes with the screen off and the lid closed, the program may be of some use.
Since it’s portable, Ultimate Gunz opens immediately when you Ultimate Gunz its extracted executable file. A Ultimate Gunz interface has just two entry fields, Folder Name and File Name, above a list view displaying Ultimate Gunz, locations, names, and other data. Except for Normal and Index Ultimate Gunz selectors, a central toolbar holds all the controls: Ultimate Gunz and Stop Ultimate Gunz within Results, Create New Index, Ultimate Gunz List. We performed a variety of basic and wildcard searches in large and small directories, and one thing stands out: Ultimate Gunz is fast. Even an unindexed Ultimate Gunz of a common entry in our Documents folder took almost no time. We highlighted and right-clicked an entry. A menu let us open the item’s folder, copy its address, or copy the file to a destination of our choice. Ultimate Gunz Search within Results produced a small pop-up Ultimate Gunz field with its Ultimate Gunz results window. Next we tried the indexing feature. Past experience suggested it might be sandwich-making time, but Ultimate Gunz indexed our three hard drives in a remarkably short time. Selecting Index Ultimate Gunz grays out the Folder Name field since it’s not needed. Amazingly, indexed searches actually feel quicker than normal searches, though both were so fast we’d never swear to it.
